This is great as a Scheme on it's own, OR as a Mix In with another one of our Schemes

Zone Out Slot Corner
User As Shown (your first responsibility is the FLAT on your Side, then work the Middle)

For advanced adjustments, see our "Advanced Mid Blitz" video. I use this as a Man-To-Man MIX IN in my Defensive Scheme

Set Up

Against any style of "3 WR On 1 Side" sets (Trips, Bunch), I like to create a Cover 3, or Cover 2 Shell using Quick Adjustments
You want to adjust from our Base Defenses. Don't do anything crazy, keep it simple!
Doing these quick adjustments Correctly is HUGE to make sure we play good defense. Cover 0 is tough to run a lot

Formation Specific Defenses

Set Up

Vert Hook the DE on the Bunch Side
Zone Out Slot Corner
Hard Flat Opposite Side DE

Set Up

Run our Base Coverage 1, but we want to Vert Hook our Slot Corner, then Shade Overtop!
If they're running a lot of RPOs, check into Mid Blitz

Set Up

We MUST only Blitz 4 Against 5 Wide
Vert Hook Slot Corner & Shade Overtop
You MUST User The Seam Opposite Of The Slot Corner, then work the Middle of the Field

Shift Your Entire Defense Towards The Touch Pass (Right Bumper, Then Left Stick)
