Getting a refund

Email [email protected] within 7 days of the charge. We go by when we receive your email, even if we reply later.

No reason needed. We might ask for feedback so we can get better, but answering is optional and never affects your refund.

What happens next

You get a full refund of that charge, processing fee included, back to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to post it.

A refund also cancels that membership. Future renewals stop and your access to that membership ends.

After 7 days

After 7 days, a charge is normally non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. This guarantee doesn't limit any consumer rights the law gives you.
