Run Defense Rules Of Thumb

1. User a Player on the Weak Side of the Defense (Opposite of where you think they're running)
2. Call Cover 4 Quarters, or Cover 3, and User a High Safety
3. Against Shotgun Formations, we want to User on the same side as the HB

Your User is the MOST IMPORTANT PLAYER Against The Run. Get him involved!
