Only comes from that formation with auto motion. See the formation? You know what's coming\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Wing Bone\u003C\u002Fstrong>. If someone's in Wing Bone, you should be in this defense anyway\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003C\u002Ful>\n\n\u003Cp>Defensive formations:\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Nickel 33\u003C\u002Fstrong>, stops it fairly well\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Goal Line 53\u003C\u002Fstrong>, if you really want to go overkill\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003C\u002Ful>\n\n\u003Cp>They can still get a yard. That's why it's so dang good. But if you stack the box, you can stop it.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch2>How Do You Roll Out Against Contain Defense Every Time?\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Cp>This glitch makes rolling out work even against contain defenses. Makes throwing on the run super easy.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>How Contain Usually Works:\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Contains look like this. Usually one on both sides. Tap \u003Cstrong>right bumper and left bumper\u003C\u002Fstrong> for QB contains.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>If you try to roll out on a contain, he usually won't let you. That's his job. As long as he's a good athlete.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>But with this method, we can roll out pretty consistently. Not 100%, but pretty consistent.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>The Setup Method:\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>There's weird logic when you combine untargeting and sliding your line.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Step 1: Pick your side (usually easier to roll to your strong hand, we'll say right)\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Step 2: Full slide protection to the right, that's \u003Cstrong>left bumper + right on the left stick\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Step 3: Untarget the contain defender (usually the outermost defensive end). That's the \u003Cstrong>flame icon\u003C\u002Fstrong>, just \u003Cstrong>go up on the right stick\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>What Happens:\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>This forces that contain guy to bump inside. The edge player won't make a play on you. Pretty consistent.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>That edge guy stays inside. Allows you to throw whatever you want.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>How to Use It Right:\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Pair some good route combo attacking that side. If you have a fast QB, imagine how lethal this is.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>What's better is not to spam this. Have it in your back pocket for big situations when you need to roll out.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>If you can become a great pocket passer AND have the ability to hit a roll out whenever you want. Your offense becomes unstoppable.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch2>Why Do RPOs Break Defense Every Single Time?\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Cp>This glitch makes the defense react wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. And I know why. And I know how to counter it.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>The Play: RPO Read Y Flat\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>The play is \u003Cstrong>RPO Read Y Flat\u003C\u002Fstrong>, but it's actually ANY kind of RPO read. They're special.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>An RPO read is a read option AND it's an RPO. Look at the blade. There's an \u003Cstrong>R icon defender\u003C\u002Fstrong>.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Here's The Problem:\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>On defense, I can see that this R icon defender is in a \u003Cstrong>hard flat\u003C\u002Fstrong>. He SHOULD be playing the hard flat.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>But because he's the \u003Cstrong>read key\u003C\u002Fstrong>, the game registers him as a \u003Cstrong>run defender\u003C\u002Fstrong>. He will ALWAYS play the run. Whether it's the quarterback or halfback.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>It Gets Worse:\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Even if you:\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>Go to \u003Cstrong>RPO Pass Key\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>Put pass key on \u003Cstrong>Conservative\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>Focus on \u003Cstrong>Pass Coverage\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>Even \u003Cstrong>guess pass\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003C\u002Ful>\n\n\u003Cp>Doesn't matter. He's the read key, not the pass key. This route combo works from really any trips set. Even from \u003Cstrong>Gun Bunch\u003C\u002Fstrong>.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Key, call a \u003Cstrong>play action play\u003C\u002Fstrong>. That's the key at first.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>On defense, I'm calling \u003Cstrong>Cover Four Palms\u003C\u002Fstrong>. Palms is a match coverage.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>What Match Coverage Looks Like:\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Match defense is a hybrid between man coverage and zone coverage. Notice people running around. Normal zone wouldn't do that. Zone would sit. Man would play all cross. It's a one-play touchdown.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>The defender responsible is the \u003Cstrong>quarter flat\u003C\u002Fstrong>. He's not in the run fit, but he IS the force defender (see that F over him?).\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Remember I told you to run play action? Watch him on the play action. He'll sit flatfooted for a second because of the PA. That allows my streak to run right by him.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>This is textbook football. Play action to get over top of the defense. Easy peasy.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>How To Combat This:\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Two ways:\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Method 1: Guess Pass\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>If someone's running lots of play action, \u003Cstrong>guess pass\u003C\u002Fstrong>. Right bumper + up on right stick\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>Makes sure your defense doesn't react to PA\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>Won't be wide open anymore\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003C\u002Ful>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Method 2: Deep Half Adjustment (My Favorite)\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>If running match coverage (Palms or Quarters)\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>Bombs usually come from trips side\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>Take the \u003Cstrong>high safety on trips side\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>Put him in a \u003Cstrong>deep half\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003C\u002Ful>\n\n\u003Cp>The deep half won't match, but the rest of the defense will still match. Much harder to bomb.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Could they pass lead inside? Yes. Then put him in \u003Cstrong>middle third\u003C\u002Fstrong> instead.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>These aren't glitches. It's finding holes in the coverage. Match is rule-based defense. There's ways to manipulate those rules just like offensive coordinators do in real life.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>That's football for you, brother.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch2>What's The Red Zone Slant Glitch That Gets Automatic Touchdowns?\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Cp>This is one of my favorite red zone concepts. Based around a little glitch called the red zone slant glitch.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>How to Run It:\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Defense: Call \u003Cstrong>Tampa 2\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Offense: Any pass play. I like a \u003Cstrong>trip set\u003C\u002Fstrong> with trips to the short side of the field.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Route Setup:\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Outside WR\u003C\u002Fstrong>, drag (even if stock drag, hot route him)\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Middle WR\u003C\u002Fstrong>, curl route (stems all the way down, basically a hitch)\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Inside WR\u003C\u002Fstrong>, slant\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Tight end\u003C\u002Fstrong>, slant\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003C\u002Ful>\n\n\u003Cp>This slant coming back across is our money maker. Gets open above that cloud flat.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>In Tampa 2, outside corner is in cloud flat. But with this setup, we suck him down and get above him for a touchdown.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Why The Hitch Matters:\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Without the hitch? Interception or close to it. Not open anymore.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>This baby hitch holds down the cloud flat, allowing us to get above him.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Works Against Multiple Coverages:\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>Cover 2\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>Cover 3\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>Cover 4\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>Man coverage\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003C\u002Ful>\n\n\u003Cp>Make sure you set it up right. If you cheat a step, it won't work.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>What Can Defense Do?\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>I'll be honest, it's tough. This is manipulating your zones. This is a legitimate glitch I hope EA fixes.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Defense Options:\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Col>\n\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Man up that tight end\u003C\u002Fstrong>. Makes it a tight throw. Man coverage gets cooked, but it can help bracket\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Switch stick over there\u003C\u002Fstrong> and take it away yourself. Best way to do it\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003C\u002Fol>\n\n\u003Cp>People who run this get super locked in on this one route. That slant late. If you see someone doing this, you can switch stick it and potentially get an interception.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>When people run a glitch like this, they become tunnel vision on that route. If you recognize it, you can catch that pick in a high leverage situation. Could win you the game.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch2>How Does Show Blitz Break Your Defense Without You Knowing?\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Cp>This is one of those annoying glitches I just want you to know how to avoid. Super frustrating.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>The Feature:\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Show blitz linebackers. Show blitz has been in the game for a long time. This year, they let us show blitz ONLY our linebackers.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>How it works:\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Global show blitz:\u003C\u002Fstrong> Press Y\u002FTriangle + RB\u002FR1, safeties AND linebackers show blitz\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Linebacker show blitz only:\u003C\u002Fstrong> Press RB\u002FR1, only linebackers show blitz\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003C\u002Ful>\n\n\u003Cp>Great feature. Gives flexibility to show blitz coverage OR linebackers. Don't have to do both.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>The Problem:\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>With certain plays, if I show blitz linebackers only, which is one of my favorite adjustments, then make another adjustment after (like blitz one of them), watch what happens. One of my safeties will show blitz.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Why This Matters:\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Example: \u003Cstrong>335 Three High Odd\u003C\u002Fstrong> running \u003Cstrong>Three Double Cloud High Low Dig\u003C\u002Fstrong>. Show blitz linebackers - super cool. But if I blitz one of them? These guys all come down.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>That's terrible. These guys are in deep zones. What's that leave open? Wide-open touchdown if anybody has a streak.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>The Fix:\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>When you show blitz your linebackers. Simply don't make an individual adjustment after it.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>Right on D-pad → RB\u002FR1 → show blitz linebackers\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>Leave it like that\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>Do NOT make other adjustments\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003C\u002Ful>\n\n\u003Cp>Or else you'll potentially give up a free touchdown because your players get out of alignment.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Massive and annoying bug. Hope EA changes this. I love the show blitz adjustment for just linebackers. Don't want safeties getting involved.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch2>Is Man Coverage Shell Actually Broken Or Are You Using It Wrong?\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Cp>This looks like a glitch, but it's actually not.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Take a look at this guy, Everett. He's in a deep zone across the field. Obviously not what he's supposed to be in. Leaves open massive holes in coverage because he's super out of position.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>So what's going on? How is this not a glitch?\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>The Real Problem: Coverage Shells\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>This comes down to people using coverage shells without really knowing what they're doing.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Coverage shell two man and cover zero\u003C\u002Fstrong>. Both man coverage shells.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>The point of a coverage shell is so your defense looks like the coverage shell you select. Pretty straightforward.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Here's How It Works:\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Choose a \u003Cstrong>cover three coverage shell\u003C\u002Fstrong>. Come out in cover three shell, but choose cover four? It'll look like cover three, but it's actually cover four.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Where People Mess Up:\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Come out in a \u003Cstrong>man coverage shell\u003C\u002Fstrong> like two man or cover zero, but then select \u003Cstrong>cover three sky\u003C\u002Fstrong>?\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>It'll look like two man, but it's actually cover three.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Your zones will be out of position because you chose a man coverage shell. They're aligning based on how you showed them.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Even Worse With Motion:\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>If you motion. Watch our zones. They can really mess up. Sometimes they'll naturally bump (nice when that happens). Sometimes they SUPER mess up and go all around.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Sometimes we don't get anybody carrying. Sometimes they can't.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Example: Shifting Your Tight End\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Shift out your tight end: your whole defense switches.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Did they just glitch?
