Your Privacy Choices

We use Google's ad tag on civil.gg and our checkout so we can show our ads to people who've visited the site. Some state privacy laws call that "selling" or "sharing" personal information. You can opt out here, and it's free.

Opt out of ad sharing

What opting out does

Our ad tags stop loading on civil.gg and our checkout in this browser, and we delete the ad cookies they set on civil.gg. Your choice is saved in a cookie, so repeat it on each browser and device you use, and again if you clear your cookies.

We still use analytics (PostHog) to run and improve the site. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out automatically. You don't need to do anything here.

Everything else

To opt out for data tied to your account, or to see, correct or delete your data, email [email protected] with "Privacy request" in the subject.
